We believe that unity in the body of Christ represents the love of God Almighty. Jesus Christ paid the price for each and every person on this earth when He died on the cross. All He asks in return is that we surrender our lives to Him. There is no limit to what the Lord can do! We are looking forward to seeing what the Lord will do next in our church family.

Our Programs

We are very blessed to be able to serve our church family. We have all kinds of programs for each member of your family. We have Wednesday night Bible Study and prayer meeting, as well as children and youth classes. On the 1st Wednesdays evenings, we have our family night supper beginning at 6:15 p.m. We have Children's and Teen's Ministries, the Embrace Baptist Women, Baptist Men and Musical Ministries. We have The Adult Choir, the Baptist Men's Choir, the Hand Bell Choir and Praise Band and most recently the Children's choir. Our main goal is to share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through our song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship. We always have room for more in our groups of singers and musicians!

Sunday School

Our Sunday School is the driving force behind all we do at Davis First Baptist! This simply means that all of our children and adult Sunday School classes are prepared to help your needs, as well as provide you with ways to serve and get involved. We want you to pick the class that is the best fit for you, where you can "grow and serve" the most. Our Adult Sunday School lessons for this month is from the Book of Job & Eccleciastes. We are currently using Lifeway's Explore the Bible for Adults Class , Children's and Teens group.

How to Become a Christian?

"By Faith we understand that the world were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible". Hebrews 11:3

We believe that unity in the body of Christ represents the love of God Almighty, who paid the price for each person who believes that He died on the cross for everyone on this earth. There is NO limit on what the Lord can do for each and everyone of us and we are looking forward to seeing what the Lord will do next in our church family. When someone accepts Jesus Christ as their Savior they receive Salvation as a free gift that is not earned by our works. It is necessary to understand that true salvation will produce a change in your heart, mind and life's direction.
